[Production Example] Laminated Core Prototype (φ150)

Wire cut, laminated core by adhesive lamination.

This is a laminated core prototype (φ150). It was manufactured using materials currently under development for a new motor project. In this laminated core, the electromagnetic steel plates are laminated and bonded beforehand, followed by processing using wire cutting. Our laminated core's bonding technology allows for high-precision lamination, packed with our unique know-how, and is one of the technologies that has received much praise from our customers. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not limited to general iron and SUS, but also including amorphous products and special alloys. We provide a one-stop service from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to our customers at reasonable prices. [Production Example] Resolver (Rotary Angle Sensor)

Wire cut, laminated core by adhesive lamination.

This is a resolver (rotary angle sensor). The material is 35A440, and it is a product mainly used for power transmission devices, classified as a laminated core product. This resolver undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets have been laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies highly regarded by our customers. Additionally, this resolver required high precision. Therefore, we achieved high-precision wire cutting processing by dividing the cutting of each processing area into four stages. We accommodate the procurement of various materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers. [Production Example] Motor Core Assembly

Wire cutting, adhesive lamination, laminated core by winding.

This is a motor core assembly product. The material of the laminated core is 35A440, which is primarily used for power transmission devices and is classified as a laminated core product. This motor core undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets are laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies that has received much appreciation from our customers. Additionally, in the wire cutting process, the T-shaped stator part is processed to be divided into “-” and “I” shapes. After that, a bobbin is attached to the laminated iron core in the “I” shape, and copper flat wire is wound around it. We accommodate the procurement of various materials, not only general iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing of custom motor cores and resolvers to mass production. [Production Example] Stepper Motor Core

Core using press-type inner layer.

This is a laminated core for stepping motors. It was manufactured by laminating electromagnetic steel sheets with a thickness of 0.2t using round dowel rivets. Unlike the common thicknesses of 0.35t or 0.5t for laminated core steel sheets, the 0.2t round dowel rivet lamination requires a very high precision press mold. However, our company designs and manufactures the press molds for laminated core production in-house, and we have numerous achievements and know-how regarding the prototype processing of laminated cores, so we can handle the production of laminated cores with such high precision without any issues. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only general iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing of custom shims to mass production. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to customers at appropriate prices.
